HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

  • Submit your completed Lending Request Form.

  • Work with a licensed Mortgage Broker to develop a long-term financing strategy and submit your mortgage application.

    Don’t know one? We can refer you to one of our great Mortgage Broker partners.

  • Provide requested documentation, where required (i.e., appraisal, income verification, etc.).

  • Once conditions are satisfied, Keystone MIC’s lawyer will connect with yours prior to releasing funds.

  • Funds are received!

    Funding typically happens within 72 hours of the conditions being satisfied, with some exceptions.
